Terms and Conditions for Kambo Training Module
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Kambo training module provided by Lisa Silva (“Instructor”) through the website www.kambotree.com (“Website”). You agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions by accessing the training module. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you should not access or use the training module.
1. Intellectual Property:
a. All materials provided in the Kambo training module, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other resources, are protected by copyright laws and remain the instructor’s intellectual property.
b. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works based on any of the training materials without the prior written consent of the Instructor.
2. Confidentiality:
a. You acknowledge that the training module may contain sensitive and confidential information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all training materials and any proprietary information disclosed during the training.
b. You shall not share the training materials with any third parties, whether for financial gain or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Instructor.
c. You shall not share your login details or provide access to the training module to any other individuals.
3. Disclaimer of Liability:
a. The Kambo training module provided by Lisa Silva is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace or substitute medical or psychological treatment or care.
b. You understand and acknowledge that participation in the training is voluntary and at your own risk. The Instructor and the website www.kambotree.com shall not be held responsible for any damages or harm caused by the use of the information provided in the training.
c. The Instructor makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the information provided in the training.
4. Non-diagnostic Use:
a. You agree that the training materials should not be used for diagnostic purposes. The training does not qualify you as a medical professional, and you should not provide medical diagnoses to clients or others based on the information obtained from the training.
b. You understand that the Kambo training module is designed to educate and inform about Kambo practices and techniques, but it does not authorize you to provide medical advice or treatments.
5. First Aid and Training Renewal:
a. As a participant in the Kambo training module, you acknowledge the importance of staying updated with first aid practices and renewing your first aid training periodically.
b. You agree to maintain a valid first aid certification and stay informed about current first aid guidelines and practices relevant to the safe administration of Kambo.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

b. The Kambo Coalition does not constitute a governing body and does not hold any specific views or opinions. The views expressed by individual members of the Kambo Alliance are their own and do not represent the views of the Instructor or the training module.
By accessing and using the Kambo training module, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
